Training Package

30-Minute Session

$55 30 min

The 30-minute session is focused, 1-on-1 time built around a single priority. It's the quick tune-up — sharpen a swing, clean up footwork, or fix one thing before the weekend's games — without committing to a longer block.

Because the time is short, the work is deliberate. You and Coach Myles pick one focus — hitting, fielding, throwing, or baseball IQ — and spend the session drilling it with real reps and immediate feedback. It's ideal when your player has a specific thing to work on rather than a full-game overhaul.

Plenty of players use the 30-minute session as a regular tune-up between games or practices, dropping in to keep a mechanic sharp during the season. If your player wants to cover more ground in one visit, the 60-minute session gives room for multiple skills plus a video clip.

Want frame-by-frame detail on a swing or delivery? Add the Swing/Mechanics Video Breakdown — slow-motion video with coach feedback and a couple of focus drills to take home.

What can we cover in 30 minutes?

Where do sessions happen?

Coach Myles travels to you across Long Beach and Orange County — a field or facility that works for your family.
