Training Package
60-Minute Session
The 60-minute session is the full 1-on-1 experience — enough time to work multiple skills, break down video, and send your player home with a plan. It's the most popular single session for a reason: there's room to actually move the needle.
An hour gives Coach Myles space to do real work. A typical session might combine hitting and fielding, or pair throwing mechanics with the mental side, with time to warm up properly, drill, and then put it together. The pace is built around your player — younger players keep it athletic and fun, older players get into finer detail.
Every 60-minute session includes a quick slow-motion video clip with feedback, so your player can actually see what's being coached, plus custom focus areas and take-home drills to keep the progress going between visits. (Want a deeper look? The optional Swing/Mechanics Video Breakdown add-on goes frame-by-frame on a single swing or delivery.) That feedback loop is where lasting change happens.
If your player is training consistently, the 10-Session Package brings the per-session rate down about 10% and adds a development plan that carries across sessions — the natural next step up from booking 60-minute sessions one at a time.

60-Minute Session — Common Questions
What's included in a 60-minute session?
Full 1-on-1 instruction across multiple skills, a quick slow-motion video clip with feedback, and custom focus areas with take-home drills. The optional Swing/Mechanics Video Breakdown add-on goes deeper with frame-by-frame analysis.
How is it different from the 30-minute session?
The hour adds room for multiple skills, a proper warm-up, video breakdown, and a take-home plan — versus one focused priority in 30 minutes.
Should we book sessions or a package?
If your player trains regularly, the 10-Session Package lowers the per-session rate (~10%) and adds a development plan across sessions. Single 60-minute sessions are great for occasional or first-time training.
